Blue Cheese and Chive Dip

BLUE CHEESE AND CHIVE DIP

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 ounces crumbled blue cheese

2 tablespoons sour cream

3 tablespoons dry white wine

2 ounces crumbled blue cheese

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives

Dash of Dat’L Do sauce

  1.  In a food processor, combine cream cheese, 2 ounces blue cheese, sour cream and wine and process until smooth.
  2. Spoon into bowl.  Stir in 2 ounces blue cheese, chives and hot sauce.
  3. Serve with vegetables, apple and pear slices and crackers.
