HAIRY PEACHY GATOR

1-1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) vodka
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) peach Schnapps
1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) orange juice
Garnish:  slice of carambola (starfruit) slice

1) Combine first 3 ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker.  Shake vigorously.
2) Pour into a shot glass and garnish with starfruit.
