EGG NOODLES WITH BUTTER AND HERBS
1 large bag of egg noodles
½ stick of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon caraway seeds, optional
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Drain noodles and toss with herbs, butter and salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
