THIS IS ONE OF THOSE COOKING CLASS THAT HITS A HOMERUN ON ALL BASES = APPETIZERS, SALADS, DESSERTS AND SIDE DISHES. PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT PARTS OF A MEAL IS WHAT SIDE DISH WILL GO BEST WITH MY ENTREE. WE WILL SOLVE THAT PROBABLY FOR YOU. FROM A HOLIDAY BUFFET PARTY TO A THANKSGIVING MEAL WE WILL GIVE YOU OPTIONS.

Feta. Fleur Del Sel, Aged Balsamic, Greens. The Sea: Seared Scallop, Hawaiian Red Salt, Truffled Artichoke Puree, Micro greens, Potato Chip, Applewood Smoke. The Sea Shell: Kumamoto Oyster, Green Apple Mignonette, Radish Crisp, Green Apple foam, Peppercorn Dust. The Hoof: Seared Veal Cheek, Charred Leek-Potato Rosti, Marrow Crème, Fried Caper. The Devine Swine: Sous Vide Pork Belly, Crispy Sear, Grilled Peach Noodle, Fried Zellwood Corn, Pepper-Orange Kimchi. Our amazing pastry chef Noreen, is teaching the amazing incredsible Macarons Class.......A MORNING OF MACARONS...focusing on the French Macaron - a sweet meringue based confection made with egg whites, icing sugar and almond flour. Perfect Macarons have shiny, slightly domed tops with a crinkled "foot" around the bottom edge. And then, of course, the cookies are paired with a flavored filling and formed into elegant little sandwiches. It is commonly filled with ganache, buttercream or jam...Raspberry filled with Raspberry Buttercream; Chocolate filled with Nutella Cream,; Citrus with Key Lime Cream; Vanilla Bean with Pistachio Cream and Lemon Poppyseed with Lemon Curd. Sign up early, the class is limited to 16 students so everyone can master the proper techniques. Talk about love at first bite! From the moment a macaron's crisp meringue crunch gives way to a smooth, delectable filling, you may forget all other cookies exist. These colorful French confections can be tricky to make, but after you master techniques from meringue making to macaronage, you'll love creating your own macarons at home. Our pastry chef will share the secrets for incorporating food colors and unique flavors, piping with precision, and even achieving the perfect pied (foot).
