Our chefs demystifies the process, walking you step by step through techniques for making perfect dough every time. You'll practice hand rolling pasta in three different styles and learn the secrets for drying and cooking it. Plus, we’ll prepare three autumn-inspired sauces to complement our pasta, including a nutty pesto, a creamy lemon sauce and a delightfully spicy tomato sauce. Once you discover how easy it is to make fresh pasta at home, you'll want to say ciao to pre-packaged noodles forever. In this fun and informative class, you’ll create a delicious holiday meal while learning 10 techniques every cook should master. Our chefs will walk you through the steps of creating perfectly roasted vegetables and brining chicken and tips for carving. Working alongside other students, you’ll learn how to make a delicious homemade vinaigrette and cranberry relish, Butternut squash and leek soup and master lump-free gravy; the very best mashed potatoes you have ever tasted; cane syrup glazed acorn squash; Butterscotch meringue pie with a pecan crust and perfect pumpkin tart. Join us and learn skills you’ll use again and again to create a lifetime of delicious holiday meals. Vegetables can be so difficult for people to choose to accompany an entrée or just to pick out or to make an entire meal of vegetables. This class features the very best BEST OF VEGETABLES; BREADS; AND DESSERTS - A WIN, WIN FOR EVERYONE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE YOUR WHOLE MEAL BE VEGETABLES BUT THIS WILL CERTAINLY CHANGE THE WAY YOUR PREPARE VEGETABLES. Anyone can serve nuts at a party but the sweet, spicy ones you will learn how to make will be the delight for your friends; Tortilla Tucks - a creative twist on a Mexican delight; Knock your socks off shrimp cocktail; Hot crab dip but not your same old same old. Join us for this fun, festive class and learn to create a tempting array of palate-pleasing appetizers. Our chefs will share secrets for everything from making fritters and crab cakes to preparing and baking perfect choux pastry. Beef tenderloin bites on French bread with a mustard sauce; and mini bite size desserts. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates transforming ordinary hard boiled eggs into the most delectable truffled deviled eggs you’ve ever tasted. After mastering a few basics, you’ll be prepared to wow guests at your next cocktail party or holiday gathering. In fact, you will go home and start emailing your friends to come over for a Holiday party the next weekend.

We will do a pour of 5 different wines to match our gourmet meal: Grapefruit Kosho Shrimp Cocktail with Spicy Peach Sauce; Watercress Salad, Citrus Vinaigrette, Goat cheese and candied pecans with a Sauvignon Blanc;Sauvignon Blanc Grapefruit Kosho Shrimp Cocktail with Spicy Peach Sauce Watercress Salad, Citrus Vinaigrette, Goat Cheese, Candied Peacans Chardonnay Grilled Salmon with Buerre Blanc Italian Sausage Rissotto Pinot Noir Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Cherry Gastrique Simple Sauteed Mushrooms with Pinot Noir Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Braised Shortribs Mashed potatoes with leeks and bacon Zinfandel Lamb Kibbe with Pistachio Yogurt Sauce Pizza Margherita and an amazing special dessert with a matching wine. This is a "special class" and if using a gift certificate, you must pay the up-charge. Because this is a Specialty Class, there is a two week cancellation. Two people can sign up.
