Become a sharper cook overnight. Our Knife Skills Class will be sure to give you an edge in the kitchen! This class is 1-1/2 hours, demonstration with our chefs showing you what knives are most important to have; hand place with holding a knife and safe handling. You will learn classical knife cuts, and we will show dicing, mincing, julienne and chiffonade cutting. Say "goodbye" to messy meal prep that takes forever to do and say "hello" to the demonstration class that will make you a much more efficient and confident cook.

Pumpkin addiction is real - not just started by Starbucks or Steak and Shake's milkshakes. Satisfy your addiction by coming to this demonstration class. We will be featuring our star PUMPKIN - We will start off showing you how to make decadent Pumpkin ravioli with a sage butter, following that with an amazing Cream of Pumpkin soup that is one of my absolute favorites and then on to a gratin of pumpkin, ham and leeks and we will close with the piece de resistance - a beautiful Trifle made with pumpkin, whipped cream with some grand mariner and some pureed pumpkin and gingersnap crumble. What a morning!!

OUR INCREDIBLE PASTRY CHEF NOREEN WILL DEMONSTRATE HER AMAZING TECHNIQUES FOR MAKING PERFECT MACARONS. Perfect Macarons have shiny, slightly domed tops with a crinkled "foot" around the bottom edge.
